Capabilities
Chef Nick Mueller & Company is a full service food catering company, offering in house, or off site meal production and service, for two to one thousand guests. Breakfast buffets, to plated dinners: from casual presentations, to gourmet white glove and table linen service. -Specializing in gourmet from scratch preparation, utilizing the best ingredients, emphasizing fresh, seasonal, local, and organic ingredients when possible-. Our style of food can encompass almost any type of American, and international cuisine through careful and detailed culinary and historical research. We tailor the majority of our menus specifically for each client and the unique requirements and style of the party or event that they are planning. Our specialty is a fusion of traditional Savannah Cuisine blended with Classical European preparation, tempered with some Asian and African influences. The diverse heritage that is the foundation of the broad community of Savannah is fully represented in our companies’ culinary style.

Physical Plant
Our Kitchen, constructed in 2003-2004, is a 1,500+ sq ft free standing building, designed and built to fit into the context of five acres of rural Georgia farm land. Events can be held on the surrounding acreage, in the 1887 farm house, or utilizing one of several circa 1800’s out buildings. The 500sq ft second floor and 350+ sq ft Deck. Has evolved into a private dining/ event space that has been named “The Laughing Boar”. This climate controlled Dining room is decorated with local artwork and antique furniture comes together with a country French style. The spacious deck “In The Trees” is framed with antique wrought iron with a lovely pergola above.
